Kristen Anne Bell is an American singer and actress born in 1980. She is an Michigan native, born and fostered by her parents, Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell (a TV news director). She is born in Polish heritage (mother), and German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen's passion for acting was found at a young age. In 1992, she went to her very first audition. The audition was for a part on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell 13, who was 13 when her mother signed up for an agent, was cast on ads on newspapers and TV. As well as having private lessons, she began her acting career at that time. Bell was a character who did not have a credit in Polish Wedding (1998), an upcoming film. Bell was a member of the drama and musical club in Shrine Catholic High School. The school's show of The Wizard of Oz, Bell won the role of Dorothy. Bell attended New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts to study musical theatre after the completion of her studies. in 2001 Bell left university to perform the part in the role of Becky on Tom Sawyer. That is the year she made her first credited debut in Pootie Tang (2001), however, her performance was cut and her appearance exists only in the credits sequence. The year 2002 saw her first major role. Bell made an appearance as a character in her first Broadway revival of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
