Jill Hennessy

Her diverse heritage comprises Irish, Italians, Swedishs as well as French and Ukrainians. Jacqueline is her twin sister, and is an actor. Jill was fluent in several languages throughout her childhood. It comprised Italian, French, and Spanish. After she turned twelve years of age, Jill started to get interested in acting. At the age of 12, in Toronto, she began her professional career as an actor in David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers. She played an escort with their twin sisters. Later, she took improv classes on Second City under Deb Kimmet. Two years later, she relocated into New York and signed a contract as an Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the long running hit series, Law & Order. In addition, she appeared in movies like RoboCop 3 (1998), Ron Howard's The Paper (2000) and I Shot Andy Warhol 1996) throughout her three-year period. Through the following years she was offered roles in a series of forgettable flicks. In 1999, she secured a leading role in the mini-series uremberg together with Alec Baldwin. Autumn in New York followed and so did Exit Wounds. In 2001, she landed the role of the main character in the crime show on NBC Crossing Jordan and in 2007 she was awarded the Gracie Allen award as "Outstanding Female Leading in the drama Series" due to her role in the series. Her husband was another actor Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. They have two children. She was inducted to Canada's Walk of Fame in 2007. Jill Jill Jill Jill Jill
